DESCRIPTION
Welcome to the On Point series. Target all your problem areas with these effective, high repetition workouts. You will do each exercise for 60 seconds with no rest between sets. The exercises build on one another, so that you fully fatigue each area before moving on to the next. There's plenty of variety and some added equipment to really increase the challenge. There are longer and shorter workouts, so you can choose according to your schedule. Get ready to burn!
In Glutes on Point you will start with a lunge variation series with tucks and reaches. Then a leg raise segment with angle changes. Next a side leaning series with side leg raises and backwards extensions. Then move to the mat in an all 4s position to do more leg raises and sweeps with both straight and bent legs. Finish with a laying glute raise and then a lengthening stretch.
