DESCRIPTION
Welcome to the On Point series. Target all your problem areas with these effective, high repetition workouts. You will do each exercise for 60 seconds with no rest between sets. The exercises build on one another, so that you fully fatigue each area before moving on to the next. There's plenty of variety and some added equipment to really increase the challenge. There are longer and shorter workouts, so you can choose according to your schedule. Get ready to burn!
In Glutes on Point you will start with a lunge variation series with tucks and reaches. Then a leg raise segment with angle changes. Next a side leaning series with side leg raises and backwards extensions. Then move to the mat in an all 4s position to do more leg raises and sweeps with both straight and bent legs. Finish with a laying glute raise and then a lengthening stretch.

Sweating buckets!!!!! How in the world can you make this look easy? My glutes loved it (actually hated it) and my obliques never expected they'd also be working. Bravo Linda!

haha, I should call it surprise obliques 😅 My glutes are just so used to the torture they don't retaliate anymore 😅😅

I did this yesterday and I am very sore today!!! It was not the hardest workout while doing it but ... OMG! It worked!! hahaha!! My butt is in major pain and I love it. I'll def do it again. Tks Linda for creating the absolute best workouts👌🏻🥰

yeah this one gets you to focus on the tuck and squeeze, which really makes a difference. You can use the same principle with any of my glute workouts to make them feel even harder!
