Me encanta estos ejercicios DB-Pushup to bentover Row y DB- Snatch, sin embargo los que me retan mucho y fueron los más competitivos en este ejercicio son Bentover Row to Reverse fly and Lateral yo front raise. Eres una gran Coach, gracias!

Awesome workout! I loved the format because it challenged upper body and kept heart rate up. It also challenged the core. Loved the tabata finisher. I love that you are doing upper and lower body in separate workouts. Keep them coming! You are an amazing trainer and I appreciate you so much.❤💪❤💪

Saturday morning vibes at the gym completing this workout and burning 200 kcals 🔥🏋🏾‍♀️🏋🏾‍♀️💯 included this into my workout You definitely work harder with the 3 sets. Dripping with sweat dont know how you keep a smile on your face Penny when doing these workouts. 🤣🤣 great format to this workout 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

They’re just different weights. One heavier and one lighter. If you only have one set of dumbbells that is fine 🙌

Great workout! I appreciate the modifications! But I don’t agree with the title. It’s a total body workout with an upper body focus for sure! Even elevating the heart rate. ❤

Very nice workout. Was rather hard. I finished it off with 100 or 120 burpees. I lost count so am not sure how many I did. You don't seem to have upper and low body specific barbell workouts, but this dumbell workout was pretty good too! Thanks for uploading it.
