I really liked this format of doing one exercise 3 times then moving onto the next one. I’d love to see more workouts in this format. Thanks!

That was quite the challenge and burn for the lower body! 🔥👍 Loved repeating 3 times for each exercise, and I liked adding in some body weight moves, as well. With only 30 seconds working time, I didn't need as much recovery between sets. But for me, switching out weights was a little hectic between exercises with only 10 seconds! 😃 I've increased my weights on step-ups, it's nice to see those strength gains! 😁💪
