Can't believe it's taken me so long to find you! You are a fantastic instructor, explaining every sequence clearly and calmly! I've been doing pilates on and off for years so have encountered various instructors and you are one of the very best. Please keep us all posted when your in person classes start again.and where they take place. My 27 year old daughter is also called Lottie!

I usually struggle to keep up with young Pilates instructors like yourself but this is a lovely routine for my nearly 50 year old body. Thank you.

That was so wonderful! It didn't seem hard, but my post-workout sweat says otherwise ;) I would love more of these longer videos!

Lottie you are such a blessing to me! I never did pilates before until now! I have spinal stenosis and stiffness so had to give up the gym. Anything I seemed to try was causing me pain. I feel like I have been living under a rock not knowing what pilates was all these years. Your channel has been a God sent for a person like me who wants to workout but needs to be careful with my lower back! Thank you for making me whole and feeling healthy again!! XO from NJ!! PS- Every morning my husband laughs as at the end of the routine I say Bye and I love you Lottie, See you tomorrow "in my NJ British Accent" !!

Thanks for putting this workout out there! Very challenging, especially the side planks. This was just like in person classes that I've done that I've had to pay quite a bit of money for, so I appreciate this being available for free! ❤❤❤ also thanks for putting a longer one out there, makes the workout worth it!!

This Pilates workout video is brilliant! I have attended in-person Pilates classes at my local gym for which I pay a whooping 70$ per month and your Pilates sequence is better than that! I think this whole pandemic lockdown has made everyone realise that no one needs a gym anymore! You do your own damn thing with the power of internet! Thank you, Lottie!

Did this one again. Lovely, lovely, lovely. Feel great and ready to start the last day of 2020. Thank you Lottie for your wonderful, calm classes, run with such professionalism yet always so friendly and with a sense of humour. I’ve discovered Pilates properly through you and now practice daily and I plan to carry on this throughout 2021; I think with what we all have ahead of us we’ll need it! Happy New Year!

Great class. I’ve been horrible and haven’t commented, but I’ve done this class probably 6 times. I’m noticing more strength and stability in my posses. And my breathing is becoming easier. Thank you for taking the time and offering this class for us to take complementary.

i love this chick more than some other pilates people on here. to the point and easy to understand. she also doesnt tell you to focus on inhales and exhales, which always seems to confuse me when im doing pilates.

Unfortunately in high school when I played sports, I injured my shoulder quite badly and it never properly healed. My favorite workout is definitely pilates but most pilates instructors I’ve seen on KZbin have extremely difficult workouts that are much too hard on my shoulders and give me bad pain afterwards. Your workouts however make me workout in the same kind of intensity but they don’t cause any pain in my shoulder!! I’m so happy I found your channel and am very thankful towards you and your videos. Thank you so much and keep going!

Finding you and your channel has been a godsend since the pandemic has kept me from the gym. Always meant to give pilates a try and I'm delighted I found you to lead me in this!
