This intermediate 45 minute full body pilates workout at home will tone your entire body without the use of any equipment! You are going to sculpt your arms, shoulders, abs, back, legs and glutes today with a series of powerful and strengthening pilates exercises & a few gentle yoga stretches. Always keep the connection to your breath, inhaling through the nose, exhaling through the mouth. Try your best to keep your core engaged throughout the entire 45-minute pilates class. Do all exercises at your own pace. You don't have to move in the same pace I do, always find your own rhythm and enjoy the strong and fluid movements and energy you get from it! If you have any questions regarding the poses or you need some help with anything else, don't hesitate to ask me! I hope you enjoy this intense total body pilates workout at home!
🔥💪💦 This is quite an intense class, so take breaks when needed, move with your breath and listen to your body! Take it at your own pace!

Namaste,🙏 beautiful Natalie♥️ Thank youu for one more strong to the end workout. How to do better push-ups: with elbows to the sides or elbows to the body? My hands ( arms) are very weak, - all arms exercises are so hard for me, though I workout every day.

Hey dear, how are you? Thanks for your comment! Regarding the push-ups it depends what you want to work on - if you keep the elbows closer to your body you are targeting the triceps more and if you open them to the side, you are working your chest more.. in any case, I would recommend doing all push-ups on the knees to build strength.. and you can also switch up ypur elbow position to work different areas of your body😊 and with some practice you will get stronger over time 😊

For me it was frustrating in the end as you said "We're almost done with this workout" and then it went on with a lot other exercises. I skipped it and did the stretching then. I think I like the exercises from the 60 min video more. Will keep on doing this.
