THIS WAS AMAZING!! I did it a day early because wow Monday kicked my butt. So good!! I feel ready for my day! More like this or leg deep stretch and core/upper so they can be shorter. I feel like I just got a massage!

It was only when I started doing Amy's workouts that I realized how much I needed to REALLY stretch, not the half-hearted stuff I'd been doing. So thank you for that because of course I feel much better. No more lower back pain! Love this one. Perfect for a day "off."

This is just what I needed following a weekend of hard outdoor activity! I am guilty at times of not doing complete stretching after workouts or other activity. This active recovery and deep stretch is incredibly valuable and felt so great after. Thanks Amy!!

I loved that! I can see that this might easily become a Friday night regular after a long week. Would love more like this, maybe with a focus on shoulders as that’s where I find I carry most of my tension

Loved this! I feel more limber than after Pilates even! Only recommendation I’d make is just a tiny bit more low level cardio I. The last half to stay warm. Feel so good though, thank you!!

I could do this for hours! Right at the end where we hugged one knee into the chest and stretched the other out, I felt a pop and release in my lower back and hips that I have needed for like 6 years since having my first son. ♥️
