I love how these routines benefit every level of fitness! I started my fitness journey with * just * Julia's mobility routines. Once my body was moving again and my joints felt better, I could move on to other exercises. And even better, I very rarely get injured now that I focus on including a mobility flow on most days. Amazing as always! First time doing this when it premiers Just got back from a volleyball tournament in Poland. I thought I was not going to be able to play as I hurt my back a few weeks ago. Did your hip and spine mobility exercises everyday and I was able to play and got a bronze medal. Not gold, but I was able to play with minimum pain. Thank you ❤

I'm 63 years old and I do 80 percent of these every other day before or after my weight training. These exercises give balance, save my back and keep me limber. I squat and deadlift over 400lbs and these exercises save me from lots of pain and injuries. Thanks for sharing and showing me some things to add to my routine. 🙏😊❤️ I do my wrist lift when I do my cat cow. It's kind of efficient and stretches my upper bake and shoulders. Thanks for showing me a different routine.

I love to wake up and do mobility with you! ❤ The bright smile on your face, the moves, the music, it just helps start the day. This view is relaxing. 😌 I really loved the 90-90 Thread the Needle. Unfortunately I am very stiff today from my last two workouts after my little camping holiday, so I am very sore. I will try this again when I can move better but I know it helped. 😂 Thank you for showing us that mobility is so important for our bodies. Your knowledge is greatly appreciated and I look forward to all your content. I quite enjoy your mobility/weighted mobility workouts. Just what is needed for setting you up for the day, right length, peaceful music and location and achievable movements! I cannot do a lot of the squat positions due to knee stiffness, but I do a version of them that works for me ie cross legged or kneeling rather than squatting. I will be saving this video for my morning routine! Thank you for recognising a gap in the youtube market of simple routines without wittering on about how 'awesome' everything is!

This was great!! I loved all the shoulder stuff; that’s my most troublesome area in my body (along with neck). I also loved the more ambient vibe of the music. I noticed I was able to think more about my breath and movement. Thanks for another fantastic video to start my day!

Brilliant routine, excellent selection! I normally do static stretches in the morning but this popped up in my flow and I tried it. Felt really good! The only exercise I didn't really get was the T-Spine Circles.. (And for an early morning follow along, I'd appreciate even calmer music, but maybe I'm just old ;)) Thanks!
