OMG I love this. My HR was high, but I never felt overwhelmed. Great calorie burn. I love the SIT style, and definitely needed the mobility after Day 11 yesterday! I am adding this to my regular rotation.

It’s Day #2 of your Summer Fit '24 SCULPT Challenge! This all bodyweight cardio workout gets both heart pumping cardio and mobility. Start with 50 seconds of cardio mobility, then follow with 30 seconds of cardio HIIT. Options to take it high impact or low impact.

I really loved the idea of HITT and mobility. On the mobility days I need some cardio to get my heart rate up and regulate my system. I would LOVEE more like this but with a different set of exercises in the second circuit.

I loved this. Perfect for a Friday when I wanted/needed recovery but can get the heart pumping as well. The 50 sec did feel a little long at first, but toward the end it was nice to have that stretch. Thanks Amy! 💪

I really enjoyed having the sneaky cardio and mobility in one. It was a nice mixture. I would have preferred no repeats, but that's always how I feel. Sometimes it's good to know whats coming other times I'd rather not ;)

I wasn't sure what I'd think of this workout as I love a full out cardio day, however this one was awesome! It's the type of workout that you can very much make your own. I took it up a notch on all of the moves and really gave it my all on the 30s hiit ones! I am dripping in sweat and absolutely loved it! Definitely a top fave for me! 😍

That was a great mix! Cardio isn’t my favorite (I prefer weights!) but cardio mixed with mobility today was perfect! Alleviated a lot of soreness from yesterday 😂.
