My big win this year is forgiving myself for my slip ups...I have always been all or nothing and had to be perfect or I would quit which has led to decades of yo-yo weight...this year I have allowed myself to mess up but instead of giving up I got back on track immediately! Oh and my new favorite phase is “ you’ve made it to you cool down”. Makes me HAPPY 😃 😃😃😃

Sydney, I just had to thank you for your inspiration that we can do anything we put our mind to. I usually don’t write reviews, but I’m pretty proud of myself. I’m 61 and I can’t believe that at my age I would be doing these kind of exercise. I use between 20,15 and 12’s and I can keep up with you. Continue to be our shining light. God bless you!

Today made me realize that all the people who have taught me to stay fit and lead a healthy lifestyle are the guiding star for me. You have taken that role now Sydney. I have never known anyone who so selflessly gives away life's wisdom with a fresh perspective every single day. So thankful for that. I LOVE MY FITNESS JOURNEY! This was tough for me today. Our 12 year old Jack/Rat Terrier (who sleeps with us) got up 5 times last night! It reminded me of the early 90's when my children were infants. The workout today will help me get through my exhaustion. Teaching fun stuff today in my computer lab. In December we do coding/programming.

Added a glute band to some of the exercises like the pullover bridge and the shuffle cardio moves. Loved this workout, thanks!! My big win is not stressing about ANYTHING this holiday season which enables me to keep my normal workout schedule and enjoy everything!

I almost started crying at the end of what you said. I for some reason have a hard time being proud of myself. Then i realized i have never felt this strong in my life before, i have never worked out this hard or been this consistent, i never knew how strong i was until i started working out with you. Before i have only dreamed about working out seriously or seeing results and with your workouts i finally see that i can do it and i have amazing results. You are incredible thank you so much!
