I started my weight loss journey in May because I was so unhappy! Come June, Sydney became a huge part of my life. Lost 30lbs, gained muscle! I feel stronger not only physically, but mentally as well! Can’t wait for the next month!

When I say, Sydney is gifted in the art of motivation. I was dead set on stopping at 30 min (only because of my schedule). But she kept pushing. Found sydney right when she started the 2.0 challenge. Caught COVID and sprained my ankle and took one week off during these 12 weeks to heal my sprained knee. Ive lost 25+ pounds since mid April and have implemented so many healthy habits. Thank you so much Sydney!! I started this challenge 8 days later than everyone, when i first stared i wanted to quit instantaneously but something about Sydney and her energy made me stick it out. I can proudly say I've finished summertime fine 2.0. My results may not have been drastic, i didn't have the best discipline when it came to my nutrition but I am stronger mentally and physically than i've ever been, the weight i lost has stayed off!!! Which is the biggest achievement for me. i started off this challenge with pure superficial goals and as the challenge went on and Sydney gave us her workout speeches my goals where no longer about my physical appearance, they were focused on how strong I was getting, how far could i push myself, and certainly if i could maintain and sustain the efffort i needed to put in. Than you Sydney for changing my life for the better this summer discovering your channel has been the highlight of the decade for me. Can't wait to crush September!!!

My grandmother passed about a week ago. I was out of town and saw that you posted this workout and told myself I would get back to it. I did it today. It kicked my butt. When you said that we completed the challenge I felt super proud of myself and at the same time some emotions came over me. I look forward to doing your workouts when I am feeling great and when I am not so well. I feel better after every workout. You inspire me to be a better form of myself and I am grateful.

Sydney you are my saviour! I am a UK subscriber, My friend recommended you to me in August and on 01-Sep after gaining a lot of weight in Lockdown, I started your summertime fine 2.0. Today on 7th December I just smashed this session including the final burpees! It has been lifechanging for me. I have lost around 1 stone (14lbs) and gained a huge amount of strength, mentally and physically. I have also lost almost 4 inches on my legs, stomach and hips. I am still on light dumbbells compared to you but had to buy some 8kgs weights (approx 17.5lbs) which I now use confidently on most lower body exercise and power moves/snatches. I had zero upper body strength and I have seen a real improvement in my arm strength and core. I have an on going shoulder issue and have need much less physio treatment in the last 3 months compared to normal. You are not only an excellent trainer but a SUPER beautiful human being. Your pep talks always feel so personally even though they are for thousands of us, and I love your geeky sense of humour and lust for life. Thank you for the last 3 months helping me get kick started. I'm going to skip forward to your December plan now to get me through the holidays and working on some new goals for the next 3 months! thank you and keep doing what you're doing! xxxx

When Sydney says, "Trust your strength" it makes me want to cry. I'm finally starting to trust my strength on the mat. I am challenging myself every workout and am surprised at how strong I've become. But I still struggle translating this off the mat into other areas of my life. When did you start trusting your strength off the mat?

Thank you Sydney! I started the challenge with a tennis elbow and chronic tendonitis in my right arm. The max weight I was able to lift above my head was 10lbs. I finished today doing shoulder presses with 20lbs, in each hand. I’m beyond convinced that you have a method with which your works outs are designed. Nothing is random. My arm is healing without medication and without therapy. I’m stronger and more confident. Of course my body is also changing to look more muscular, which is such an added bonus!!

That was a literal butt kicker. As a former track athlete at the University of Colorado you are bringing me back to those days with all the power cleans and strength moves. I'm dating myself (51) but our strength coach, Doc Kreis, used to say in his Tennessee drawl "Gina, if Jackie Joyner Kersee could only do one weight lifting move, she'd do a power clean" because it targets muscles in the whole body. I also fondly remember him screaming at me "get under it" to actually get some power in the movement.

Oh my gosh, can you believe it? We made it ALL THE WAY through Summertime Fine 2.0!! 🎉🙌🏋️♀️ 12 weeks is a long time, and we stayed strong and focused, and I am so proud of ALL OF US!! I saw progress in the amount of weight I could lift with good form, my balance, and endurance (both cardio and muscle) 💪. I'm SO EXCITED for the "Dirty 30" month of September! I did iiiiiiiit! Summertime fine completed! 14 pounds lost and I have not felt this fit and strong in a very long time. I can't thank Sydney enough. It was lock down, I lost my job because of Covid-19 and so I decided to concentrate on my health and fitness. I had done a few of Sydney's workouts and liked them, and then saw the Summertime Fine challenge so I decided to give it a go. No matter how frustrated, or down, or sad I was that day, I made sure if I only did one thing, it was to do a workout. Sydneys positive attitude, silly jokes and her down to earth nature made her workouts so fun and relatable. Exercises I couldn't do in month one, I could do in month two and I felt my strength increase each day. I am so proud of what I achieved. Thank you Sydney!

I crushed it today to finish Summertime Fine 2.0! I made the mistake of thinking that Saturday was our last day of our summer workout program. I was proud of myself because I was able to find and buy a 35 pound weight today. I used it on the glute bridge and Romanian dead lift. I’ll continue looking and buying heavier weights as they become available. I’m excited about tomorrow’s “Dirty 30” workout program. I hope everyone has a good day today.

I only found Sidney on July, so I guess I only completed 2/3 of the 2.0. Never missed a workout in that time and still feeling pretty proud!

We did it!!!!! Congratulations everyone!!! We are so much stronger today than at the beginning of the summer. We crushed it!!

Oh my goodness that was SO good! I was forced to have 2 weeks off due to a treatment I had, but I am so proud of myself for being able to increase my weights and start regaining my strength! Sydney - thank you so much for everything you do, you are an angel that walks among us xxxx
