I loved the abdominal work, though I am not yet ready to get into any deeper poses, therefore I loved your comments on how it is not important how deeply one can bend. So thank you for thinking of us beginners :)

I am taking you to Washington D.C. with me as my own personal yoga instructor!!! LOL...this is the best thing about your videos and not to mention how AWESOME they are! I am getting stronger and stronger. Not only was I able to do side crow on all variations to the right side, I did tripod headstand from eagle legs....smiling big time!!! Thanks Lesley!!!! xo

loved it. I typically gravitate toward quicker practices. This one was proof that there is so much strength and breath that goes into simply holding poses. Can't yet master the side crow (stuck with plain ol' crow) but I'll keep trying. thank you!

Thank you for a great class. You are very inspirational as I am a "more mature" yogi who started after age 50! I find myself making slow but steady progress and for the first time was able to stay and balance in side crow. LOVE this sequence!!! Perfect start to my morning. Love the balance of strength in the upper and lower body, as well as the twists. Although it was dedicated to side crow, it was so much more, and I feel great!! One of my favorites, thank you Leslie

Lesley, Thank you for yet another wonderful class. I love side crow pose and your variations are awesome. Props to you, the ledge looked scary! :) Also, thank you for uploading so many lovely videos and sharing yoga with us all. I am away from home for 4 months with the military at the moment and though I miss my young family so so much your classes, and yoga help me to stay calm and grounded. This was a really good way for me to start the morning. Plenty of twists in this one - my spine feels so good! I could already do bakasana and side crow but I learned some new ways to get into it, which was great fun :)

Loved this class! The 3rd way to do side crow was not even attainable but something to try! Arm balances are so difficult for me and I really want to get stronger and better at the poses. Thank you!

Amanda Miller Thank you so much Amanda!!! Will you try the yoga for Core strength? It's a shorter video but it focuses on the core muscles in the back of the body as well as the front, so it will strengthen your back. :-)

Good morning Lesley! Thank you for the wonderful morning practice. This was a great class and just what I needed after my Christmas feast. although I was not able to do any of the Crow poses (The side crow poses are just to difficult for me and regular crow is hard as I get super sweaty and my knees just slide off my elbows...lol) I still had a fabulous work out. Yeah, I can do twisted side crow !! This is always so excited to do a new pose, and you're an excellent guide, I learn a lot about my strengths with you. I can't do the pose starting from high lunge but I will do the video again for sure :)

That was really difficult for me, but I was seeking a challenge on this gray, rainy day. Bakasana has always challenged me (if I ever get into the pose, it's usually just for a second or two), so I like to face it the best I can. I did not achieve the poses (regular or side) but I did try. Thank you for helping me push myself a little and for the lovely quote at the end!

Hadnt done this one in a while- love it again as usually! and I can now do side crow, not with my legs out but with them bent. Yeah me!! ;) I realized I could do it now when I did Kara's class end of last week so thought I'd try this one again.

Another wonderful class Lesley. It doesn't matter how many times I practice along your videos, it never gets old and I always pay notice to something new that I haven't before. I was wondering perhaps you can make a guided meditation video and I'm very interested to know about your morning/night routine, diet and healthy living. I absolutely loved this class! I adore your style of teaching. As a current YTT student, I hope that I, one day can be as lovely as you are as a Yoga guide. I also love that you incorporate some of the Ashtanga postures in most of your classes. Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana(Standing Big Toe) is one of my favourite postures! It is definitely a power pose. I also feel fierce and invigorated after that one! Anyways, thanks for another lovely class! Namaste

this was awesome! :) I am starting to believe I can do a side crow :D Today I managed to do it on one side for a shoooort period, but it is better that before definately :D Love your videos and waiting for each monday to see whats new :) I would like to see office workers yoga too! with some effective poses, because somehow flows I have tried for this purpose didn't helped my tense upper back and neck much :( Knowing how effective and fun are your classes, I believe I will find relief here :)

I really loved this sequence today. I feel open and rejuvenated. With all of the hand balances in crow, I am feeling a lot of pain. What kind of counter stretches could I add to help with this wrist tendon pain? Thank you!

Lesley please tell me I'm most likely doing something wrong but anytime I'm doing crow or side twisted side crow [at least trying still with the last one ;) ] i get bruises on my triceps... why is it ... I've started yoga just a few months ago and I've decided to challenge my self and try more complicated poses so I really just need a little advice with that. And i cant keep poses even as half as long as you... is that as well just the experience like you have mentioned today ? My goal is to be as amazing in Yoga like You ! You're my inspiration :)

Olga Kantoch thank you for your message! You're so sweet :-) I've had several students get bruises on the tricepts when learning crow and side crow. I think it's because there needs to be more core engagement, so that your body feels a little lighter on your tricepts...although some people are more susceptible to bruising. There are tons of people with more advanced practices than I have, and I think the best thing to do is to always do your best and continue your love for the practice. Before you know it, you'll be floating with ease! xoxo

This was a nice class for this morning. The first two side crow version is an easy one for me, but the third..OMG...one day it will come. By the way I love your matress, are thos drawings on it ,some kind of guide lines?

ive been doing yoga for like a year now and its still so hard for me to arm balances :( .. sometime i wont practice for like 2 weeks, do you think that affects my strength? should i practice daily? for how long? thank u, u are amazing!

Great practice! Sometimes in life, you find yourself in tight spots. So, you stick your head under a bench and make it work. How about a PMS flow (pun intended)?

estie kalter Yes, I would be happy to!! Many of the classes here are good for weight loss, especially the Cardio HIIT classes, the Detox twist class and the hour long Ashtanga class. :-)
