Whew, I'm still over here feeling the burn in my shoulders and I'm EXHAUSTED... half of me wishes I was lying in bed still. Rest is just as important I know, but with a bunch of kids, this is the only time slot I have available for me. If I don't do my workout RIGHT NOW it's not happening! It's days like these I am thankful for the comment section, and for all of you! Helping keep me real and accountable-regardless of the struggle!

My daughter gets up and goes to CrossFit for a 5:00 a.m. class. Then she goes home and gets the kids ready for school. All I have to do is go to our basement to my little workout corner! She’s an inspiration to me! The workouts get me ready for the day !

I crushed it!!! My WHY back in May of 2020 was to lose weight, stop the aches in my body, and have the energy to take my kids out on the field and play with them. I have been consistent since and can say that I have lost weight, my pain is at at 2, and I do play baseball, basketball, football, and soccer. Sydney, you are my reason, you kept me going. my "why" is for mental health as well as to get stronger; it's less about esthetics than it used to be. But I still after months of these cannot get my shoulder blades off the floor w/o assistance, let alone with a weight (e.g. for toe touches or sit-ups)😟

My "Why" is that so long as it depends on me...I WILL show up for myself to maintain my health. I was not motivated like Sydney said to show up today. But I realized that I cannot quit on myself. I fell off the Sydney wagon for 3 weeks while grieving over losing my mom last month. This is my first week back and I’m shocked how quickly strength and stamina leaves us. It feels like when I first started working out with Sydney 2 years ago. My mom was very proud of my hard work and dedication to these workouts so right now I’m pushing through for that. 🥵

Super workout. I am not able to keep on the track with daily training but I try to workout 3-4time per week. I try to follow thé workout flow although I am a few videos behind you. Thank fór your encouragement. I follow you ať least five years. Started with long for weigt reduction what was easy on beginning but stopped after few kilos( I didn't need too much) what demotivated me. Later I added need to strengten my back muscles because of neckpain And migraines And thanks you I later realised that althoutht I didn't lose desired weigt, my endurance and strenght grew up. I’m here 1st to be healthy and to model to my three kids working hard on being healthy and strong. I hope they will exercise one day too! And 2nd to manage my self confidence. When I am not working on it I get in my head about body image. When I am trim and strong I feel good about myself and I stop the obsessing about my image.

My "Why": I want to be strong and healthy for myself and for my family, especially for my daughter.. I know that I feel better when I start my day with these workouts. I know I need these workouts for my mental health as well. I have also been on an infertility journey since 2018/2019, with 2022 involving two failed embryo transfers. I am currently in a 'waiting period' of further testing before I head into using my last 3 embryos. I am doing these workouts as a way to prepare my body & mind for the 'fight' and 'battle' we are going to be heading into. The medications are hard on the body. The process is hard on the body and mind. But I have to be strong and push through, just like in these workouts. I have been committed to these workouts since September in preparation, almost feels like I am preparing for war lol. But it can feel like that sometimes. I want to have my body at good physical health and I want an established routine that I know helps me in so many ways. Thank you for the gift of these workouts and your talks at the end. It all really helps.
