Dang, Sydney! I did this workout at 5am. It’s now noon and I had to come back to say I’m so sore, in the best way. I feel like I really pushed today and can feel my stronger coming in. Oh man! You know it was a good workout and you gave everything you had when you feel sick to your stomach! Unfortunately I’m behind in the workouts because I am taking care of my 82 year young mom who just had hand surgery. I was beating myself up about that, but I’m here today and I will continue to do what I can while still taking care of my mom ❤. Discovered your channel shortly after Christmas, and you've changed my life already! Thank you so much for all that you do. I spent my high school years fighting disordered eating, viewing exercise as a punishment and/or using movement exclusively to make my body look a certain (often unrealistic) way. Wooow what a workout!! I used 2 x 17 kg dumbbells on my deadlifts and 30 kg on my regular glute bridges (lighter weight on the abduction) and felt strong! Tomorrow is gonna be painful 😄

I can’t imagine the type of transformation my body would have if I would choose better food options. It has already changed drastically with doing Sydney’s workouts 5-6 times per week. I’m the strongest I’ve ever been, muscle definition in areas that had rolls all my life! My back is smooth, my legs are strong and defined, my arms are lean, built a booty, my belly has shrunk and curved into a shape I didn’t know existed! I am sooooo happy with my results. This will be my 3rd consistent year. One day I will kick the foodie habit 😊 still so grateful! Thank you Sydney!!! ❤❤❤
