Thank you all for being so supportive in my comeback series from maternity leave! It’s humbling and new but navigating this comeback to strength has been one of the best ways to show my body the appreciation I have for allowing me the honor of giving birth to my biggest blessing, my son! I’m so excited to get stronger and feel like I’m getting to know my body in this way again. I’ve got a long way to go and I’ve got some big goals for myself but I hope my journey inspires someone out there to love their body for what it’s done for them while working towards their goals! 💙

As always, I'm so grateful for these workouts. They're so accessible, consistent, well-programmed, and challenging. I'm 40+ weeks pregnant and waiting on my stubborn baby to make her grand appearance. Glad to see you back from maternity leave. :-)

The workouts are a struggle for real, but eating is my biggest downfall. Learning to EAT more is my biggest struggle! TY for being that role model for us and teaching us🌻🌻

What a great comprehensive leg/bootie workout! Watched the entire video while drinking my morning cup of coffee, so I know what to expect! Going for my morning run, shower, then this workout! Can’ t wait. I know many of your viewers don’t have as much time to devote to exercising, but since I am retired now I have this luxury to spend time on me. The one thing I have in life to get me through my days… Thank you for your excitement and dedication to keeping us on our toes!! Sydney's Daily Wisdom (28:19): "This is about one rep at a time. We get stronger, we see results one rep, one day at a time. Don't rush the process. Be in it." I have to remind myself to focus on each rep, because if I can do one rep a a time with good form, I will get stronger.

First time I quit one of Sydney's workout out early. I pushed my legs to failure! By time I got to step ups, I could not do one more rep! I also never came as close to puking during a workout! So, yup guys Sydney ain't playing come back from her mat. leave! I feel like she's stronger then ever before and pushing harder(postpartum recovery)

You truly are the epitome of inspiration! Your dedication to working with your body instead of coming back and hitting your previous weights to prove you can are important reminders for all. All to often we are discouraged from taking breaks in whatever domain of life out of fear of failure or judgement. ARiSE should be seen by everyone!

Ive been doing various workouts of Sydney's for a few months, but decided to start ARISE. Today was my day 3. After years of MMA conditioning workouts which I loved, I then went to crossfit. It was not for me, it beat up my body pretty badly. And I had an excellent trainer it just isn't for my body. These ARISE workouts are EXCELLENT! Great pace, very targeted to specific muscle groups, and a world class trainer giving excellent instruction. Like Sydney says, your experience level doesnt matter- JUST SHOW UP! You just dont quit and she will guide you through the rest. You can do this for yourself!!

It's such a gift to me and so many other women, moms and not, to participate with you in your recovery and rebuilding of strength. (Though I would say it's not even a rebuilding -- our strength changes after babies, and maybe we have to decrease weight in exercise for a while, but holy moly, we have spent 9 months + the postpartum phase building a whole new kind of strength!) I'm done having babies now, and I'm making slow but steady progress reclaiming and shaping my body and mind for this next phase of life. What I love most about your workouts is that I can do them with my kids in the room and I feel totally comfortable and HAPPY to have them hear everything you're saying. You're not yelling at us to burn more calories or trim our tummy fat or lose as many pounds as possible or any other toxic stuff I try to protect them from. You're encouraging us to do what we can, where we are, and to keep progressing in every way -- body, mind, and soul. I love when my kids want to join in with Coach Sydney and me! Thank you for all you do!

Today’s post workout speech was a reminder of what I’ve been doing for my recovery journey. I’m getting stronger one day at time with our workouts and stretching. I have a long way to go and I have goals that I want to achieve in my journey. I’m humbled that 7 months later I’m alive and healing after a head on collision.

I'm 8 weeks postpartum and this was great! I had to do the step ups (carefully) carrying baby to get through it! You get creative sometimes. Thanks Sydney!

Wow. I've been doing your workouts for the past three months, and this is the first program I have been following in real time. I can definitely feel my body getting stronger, and it is an amazing feeling. I wasn't able to do glute staggers at the start of the summer, but now I can (that might be an easy thing for other people to do, but it was one of those moves that was just harder for me). I'm excited to keep with it and see what else I can make myself do that I never thought I could. Thanks, Sydney!

OMG Great to have you back. These last three days were tough. It was fun to go back and pick some workouts from 3 years ago, still very challenging. Loved the 15 min jumprope for an add on. Hope the balance of motherhood and running a business will not be too challenging.

Great lower body burn. I pushed myself with weights and bands. Working on taking my 2 steps forward I am proud of myself and sticking with it on tracking nutrition and doing my daily workouts. You are always a great example for strength and reaching our goals! love ya!
