Wow, this workout was freakn great! 😁I loved the longer sets, it really gave me a chance to get fully into the movement pattern and perfect my form (and work the muscle HARD)! I appreciated that you added in some work for the calves, too. Those are often neglected in workouts. That last burnout at the end was awesome! 🔥My legs and glutes thank you, and I will probably remember you tomorrow, Larie, as I might be sore! 😂

Amazing! Hey Larie, can you do a video on TRX rip trainer for abs and rotation. I try to add that at the end of all workouts but feel like there is so much more I can be doing with it.
