Wow super challenging. Had to stop several times due to mom duties but this kicked my butt even so. I loved the creativity of the core and glutes combo moves at the end.

Edit - after having done this a few times now, it’s definitely in my top 5 favorite lower body workouts. I’m getting better at Copenhagen planks because of this! Such an amazing workout! - This was fantastic Larie! Love the format live the choice of exercises and the time flew by! Man I love the booty band, it really packs a punch a punch! Going in my faves for when I have time for a longer workout 😃

YOU ROCK Judi! In some cases, if you have them handy, we can replace a bench with a small step stool, large text book, or small sturdy chair. Keep up the great work 🙌

Wooow!! I was shaking at the end of this workout ,I LOVE LOVE the glute activation at the beginning, I feel like it really sky rocket the sensation when preforming the heavy movements .. THANK YOU LARIE 😊 💓

So your exercises really help me get that mind and muscle connection.. glutes on fire the holds and isometric in there. I love the multi equipment workouts with mini bands, resistance bands, bench, stability ball mini ball all those. But I also have collected a small home gym lol PS love bonus abs at end

Sorry about that! This is my sweat proof transmitter and receiver so the quality isn’t as good as some of my other videos. However, there is a way to fix this typically in your settings! For an apple device, you would go to settings - accessibility - AirPods - audio accessibility settings - then check “mono audio”. The “mono audio” feature ensures that the sound is equally distributed in both sides. I hope this helps in the meantime. I will also try to combat the underlying one channel issue as well. Thanks for pointing this out to me, I was unaware! ❤️
