great workout, I will be 65. My appetite hasn't decreased yet. There are many fewer palatable foods available, so that helps with caloric intake.

This was fantastic! I just gifted myself 20-lb dumbbells for Mother's Day and I was so excited to see a couple of segments specifically using 20-lbs. I loved the format sticking with one weight for several exercises.

This was so good, Tracy! I liked the format, sticking with one weight for each group of exercises. 👍The compound moves kept everything moving, HR was up and sweat was dripping! 💦My shoulders especially felt it in this workout, they were pretty fatigued during those last couple of sets! 💪 I hope you had a nice time on vacation. It must have been so interesting, and I hope you'll mention some "tidbits" in upcoming videos! 😁

Tracy - that was a great workout! thank you again so much. I am the same age as you and working out consistently for the past 15 years. Everything you say resonate so much with my daily routine, what I eat and how I move. I used to love KBs and working with PT, but recently had courage to do workouts by myself and your daily routines help me so much. I love being sore and I usually am after your workouts. It is an indication for me that I am doing enough for my body.

Stay at home mom here, I try to get 3 good workouts a week and I always feel guilty if I can’t get a good sweat and soreness. This has got to be the best guilt free work out ever. Modified. Doing more than one move for a sequence is difficult for me. I picked one and focused on my form. Did not have enough juice to finish the last 10 minutes. Worked out first thing in the morning.
