So good to be back, was visiting with my 19 mth old grandson and boy did he keep me running, got some good walks in with him and lifting him up all day was my strength training. you are so right Tracy, working those muscles really made it easy lifting him with no problem. So I’ve been following Tracy for a long time now and have always struggled figuring out what my favourite format is because they are all good and varied. However after 4 years I’ve finally decided that the muscle group workouts are my favourite for overall body strength and fitness 😍 really loved this workout today! Thank you! This was a good one, Tracy! 👍No repeat, but because it was by muscle group, we still got that progressive overload. 💪🔥And of course throwing in a few cardio rounds kept the HR up! Loved it, thank you 😁 I'm looking forward to your mobility program, I'll be signing up!

OMG this was a great overall workout. Your talk at the end was just what I needed to hear..I’m an avid walker plus treadmill running, and do HIIT/functional training, and your strength training videos! I am dealing with piriformis syndrome lately. , I know I need much more stretching and also strengthening the glutes. So when you talked about your new program that includes dynamic stretching, mobility, etc, I was very interested.. I will subscribe so I can have access to it. I think dynamic stretching and mobility are so important, and those elements of a comprehensive exercise program are too often overlooked. As we age, you are correct, Tracy, those aspects of fitness are even more important. Thank you!

This is one of my favorites of yours, Tracy! I come back to it every couple of months. It's such a good mix of total body strength and cardio. I needed this today! Great workout, Tracy. I just completed after work. I love strength training and I appreciated the cardio sprinkled in. I’m not able to do a lot of the high impact moves, so I added light weights to the low impact options and they still really got my heart rate up.

Great work out, really good combination although I do have a question. Normally for the single overhead ext we put our hand and forearm in the front of our face near our cheek, but this time you went to the back of your head. Does it hit a slightly different muscle this way? Felt a bit more difficult to me.

That is a good question and yes, I was targeting a little bit more of the long head of the tricep, so it gave a greater extension, which would mean that it would have been more challenging to push back up.
