I love that you are not “perfect.” No one is and it’s your realness that makes me love what/how you do things! Keep being you. Keep laughing at yourself when you make little mistakes. We are all at home doing the same and some may get frustrated until they see you slip up and giggle and then the frustration goes away bc we realize we are all human. I appreciate you! ❤

Omg......Tracy you are my inspiration in getting through my one step at a time menopause challenge!! It made me a little sad hearing you talk about not being perfect and kinda beating yourself up. I wasn't expecting the progressive overload since this workout is labeled as "no repeat" but let me tell you I felt it! I liked the format of an upper body, lower body, then compound move. The workout went by quickly and I felt challenged and fatigued by the end. Thanks Tracy for another good one.

What a fun and effective format, isolated and compound exercises all in one workout! 👍Even though the circuits didn't repeat, all 3 exercises focused on certain muscle groups. By the time that compound set came around, the muscles were already fatigued, getting that progressive overload. Whew, I especially felt the shoulders in a couple of those circuits! 😅🔥 Thank you, Tracy! That was a really good workout! 😁❤

That was a great and different workout. I was craving some active rest though, so off to do a nice long walk now! As for your chat at the end, you know your purpose as to why you do what you do and started what you do, is way bigger than all the "noise" that surrounds you. And look at all the lives you are changing! Outweighs all that other stuff. 😊

Just love these ones that have you working so hard without you really realising it! So many lunges - my nemesis - kept thinking this one will be the last - and then static lunges at the end!! That last one was tough for me. A great strength workout, will be one of my repeats!! Thank you Tracy

Wow this was an amazing isolated compound strength workout. The excercises the combinations in the rounds are powerful and challenging. I lift as heavy as I could. 20 lbs, 15 lbs, 12 lbs, 10 lbs and 8lbs. 🏋️♀️ I had a good and fun time.😅 Thank you Tracy.👍💪❤️

I want to say thank you Kim for the idea and thank you Tracy for the execution of this idea! What a great combo! You and Kim and also the workout combo. As far as being a perfectionist I am one myself, any job I have had in my life has always been a way to berate myself that I did not do the job to the highest standard, my own! we are our own worst critic! It is funny though if anyone outside of yourself would describe you, I think the imperfectness is what endears you to me and, I know I am speaking for the whole crew as well :-} You are human and please don't go changing that about yourself!
