I don't know how this was my first time doing this workout. I think I was probably seeing the 45 minutes and couldn't commit BUT this was an incredible workout. I am so impressed! I love bands. I actually used super bands for a good portion because I have more options of resistance that are more attainable to do some of those moves. And I can attach them to my door tracker with a carabiner. Absolutely my new favorite upper body + abs workout. Thank you Larie!

Loved this workout. Thanks so much. I do have free weights to add if you do a class with them but could only get 1 of each weight so no doubles. I do have 1 25 lb and 1 35 lb kettlebell I could use with both hands as if a double free weight I guess. Just started your workouts and am very impressed. I had a hip replacement 2.5 weeks ago and am trying to keep core and upper body in shape as well as gradual strength of lower and hips. I find your upper body and core workouts really great and useful and look forward to doing lower body when I am more healed.

Hi Larie!! Had my 2nd baby 4.5 montha ago! Been struggling with time to workout. I am currently breastfeeding, could i still do some jogging? I feel like it would make it easier if 1 or 2 days a week i can just put them in a jogging stroller and get out. Im terrified of losing my milk supply though 😬
