I love resistance band workouts! I actually used superbands for all of this and I love that you can adjust your challenge up and down with your grip location. I have limited dumbells but all the bands, so these workouts are fantastic. More! More! More!!!! Thanks for another great workout!

Firstly, thank you!!! I really love your videos and how well you talk us through it. I only have the different resistance bands so I am limited to which of your workouts I can do. I do your workouts to cross train in betweem my running. I wanted to ask you if you could advise on hamstring exercises. I have recently experience soreness here and now have been looking to strenghthen. Last summer I had issues with left quad and had to stop for a while. I dont want to have to fall into that again. I would be grateful for your advice here.
