45 Minute Strawberry Vanilla Bean Layer Cake | Quick & Easy

A bright, light birthday cake that is layered with a vanilla bean cake, vanilla bean whipped cream, and fresh strawberries. This cake comes together in 45 minutes- perfect birthday cake dessert!
Vanilla Bean Cake:
1 cup water
4 egg whites
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 tablespoon vanilla bean paste
Vanilla cake mix
Mix all ingredients and bake according to package directions. Bake in 4- 6 inch round pans
Vanilla Whipped Cream
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tablespoon vanilla bean paste
Whip until stiff peaks form
2 cups chopped or sliced strawberries
3 tablespoons seedless strawberry jam, melted
Mix and layer the cake!!
