Truth is, these people are amazing. I learn so much from them. I don't know if Claudia and Coach Kozak are still active, but thank you from to bottom of my heart. Coach, you showed me what an effective working out pace is, and Claudia, you taught me alternative versions are just as effective as normal versions. You both showed me that the human body reacts differently to working out and that that is ok. You learned me to be proud of myself and not hate myself. Thanks to you, and your positivity, I learned to appreciate my body again and recognise its responses, and it feels so satisfying when I feel warmth in my muscles or a burn. You really helped me through quarantine, and helped a recovering Eating Disorder patient love herself. Thank you.

I was thinking the same. When I was new to HASFIT I flirted with the idea of using fitness blender. But... and this is purely my personal opinion... Coach, I want to thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for all your help. My BMI was in the MORBIDLY Obese category and now down to category 1 losing a total of 26.4 lbs in 7weeks along with low carb low calorie diet. Your pep talk during the workout has helped me a lot on this journey, especially the part where you say "or you're just trying to save your own life" because this line is so true! I know I've still got a long way to go but I just want to let everyone know that we should never ever give up on ourselves! Losing weight is never just about the looks but most importantly about our health. It is never gonna be easy, just keep pushing and keep fighting. I also have hypothyroidism which makes it harder for me to loose but I give it my best everytime! I am a registered nurse in the emergency department and I have seen so many people succumb to different diseases brought about by obesity. There's nothing wrong with loving your body and accepting who you are but always put your health FIRST. I still wanna be around to take care of my husband and future grandkids. I refuse to get beaten down by the obese woman in me saying that I can't do it because I already did and I CAN DO MORE!!! I have shared your videos to my friends, family and my Facebook page. Idk you guys will ever see this comment but thank you for all the workouts that you guys put out. Recently been down on my luck and instead of laying about and wasting my time moping I decided to do workouts. Been watching the Channel since 2019 and even tho embarrassingly I’ve been in and out of workout routines I decided to keep it this time. I’m on month 2 and I can gladly say I did the workouts without rewinding or stopping for extra rest. Granted I made sure I was ok but I pushed myself and I went through the whole video without stopping. To others it might be a small step but for me it’s a huge achievement. I have never done a workout that made me sweat so much. I told myself to at least get to minute 30 and because of Coach's motivational quotes and encouragement throughout the video, I actually finished the whole workout. I rarely comment on videos, but I had to for this! I was skeptical because I used to do the insanity workouts and I hated every minute of them; but I've been wanting to get some extra cardio in the mornings but don't have time to go to the gym and too much running gets me bored. I found these, and they looked decent enough to get the job done, but was unenthusiastic to get started. I was wrong, this workout was FANTASTIC! I was engaged the entire time, it was challenging, and fun! I'll be adding these videos to my mornings from now on!!! So glad I found these workouts.

I love this style of HIIT - by round 3, I'm usually not loving it - haha. Thank you for posting another video! I really enjoy your channel. I have told everyone about this channel - my whole family is doing your workouts! (And everyone is getting crushed. Haha.) A good friend is doing your beginner series and loving it. I rebooted my entire diet and started exercising again in February and have lost 27 lbs. Couldn't be happier. A big part was introducing HIIT into my routine - and with working out at home, having crazy work hours and limited time - HIIT could not be a better match. One of my many favorites of your videos!! They are serious and kick butt and they get results. I also use my weights with some of these exercises. I workout 4-5 times a week with you guys and I love seeing my body changing and getting stronger. I tell anyone who will listen about this channel. Thanks for the great home workouts!! Susana, when I can't finish an entire workout, but want to get in at least 30-40 minutes of exercise, I'll do as much as possible of their workout and then walk in place briskly or do high knee marches or something like that to get in my full time. I can't tell you how much I appreciate your videos but especially this one. I have done workout videos for 15 or so years. And my mom did as well. She did the old 80's The Firm tape all the time and I did the one from the 90's. The thing that I hated about those and other videos was how easy they made it all look. Makeup and hair done, not breaking a sweat, SMILING (SERIOUSLY??!). When I finished those modified burpees and you both can barely stand or breathe, sweating everywhere I started laughing. THIS!! This is who I want to work out with. You guys are real, dont act like it's easy, but encourage to push through. I've been working with you guys for about three months and I've noticed a significant difference in my strength. THANK YOU!!!

I love love love loved this workout. Fast paced, fun and sweaty. Sweat is only fat’s tears...I think I read that on one of ur workouts. I slso read that on webmd. OMG!!!! Always been eyeing Claudia & Coach Kozak's Tabata Cardio Workout without working it out. Why? I always thought it would be very tough. Oooo well.... I summoned the courage to workout this Tabata today, followed Claudia's move throughout (I couldn't perfectly do two of the moves but I modified them) and took my time to focus. I started sweating profusely at 10 minutes and could taste salt in my sweats (yeah.... I'm aware that sweat is salty, but I never tasted it:::)))) I really like this workout and thankful to Coach Kozak and Claudia!!!!

I am 16 , 5’2 and 100 lbs . I was following your 20 mins hit workout , This is my first time doing this workout. I thought I couldn’t finish it but surprisingly did it . I did the advanced version. I am doing workout to built strength and muscle. Thankyou very much .

Thank you so much for your wonderful videos. You and your your wife are really terrific coaches! These videos have made such a difference-especially during shelter in place. Since I belong to a gym, I don’t have any weights at home (just a band). Your videos have enabled me to get really fantastic workouts without anything more than a band and body weight (your HIIT class is 💯!). Again, thank you!
