The perfect flow for spring :-) thank you so much, Fiona. I feel really light and comfortable in my body thanks to your wrist-free sequencing, which, although it didn't include down dog vinyasa flows, felt really flowing like a full class. So I feel totally energised too. I love that you incorporated tree pose and I really enjoyed the chair pose and arrowhead flows. Thank you :-) xx

We're running counter-clockwise here, it seems, we concluded our day with your teaching, it's most excellent...Pelvis felt very well open, so I gave in to my curiosity & had my first shot at Sundial Pose (with a strap), the exact moment you cued in the reclined sidebend. I love such coincidences, which aren't coincidental actually, considering your lesson's structure. ❤️🙏🏻

@@TwoBirdsYoga Indeed, yours is amazing, in all likelyhood...mine, well, crooked, baroque, such are the adjectives coming to my mind, bit the Asana's function(ality) is very clear. Since my hipjoints are more lateral than forward oriented anatomically, Asana formats which spread/abduct more than the opposite, are easier for my bodily organisation.
