Reminds me of the classes you used to tape with your yoga training classes. Love this format. Minimal talking, allowing me to breath and flow without distraction. Really enjoyed this one. Thank you Helen!

This one was lovely, thank you. I cried a little at the end (the hip opening squats/half chairs?). I'm not sure which poses did it but this flow certainly released something! Thanks so much for continuing to share your practice. I so appreciate your effort and get excited every time I see you've posted a new video XXX
