Most spin bikes you see just has the tension wheel. The bikes they have in their studio are possibly STAGES2 or STAGES3 that has both tension wheel and the shift knob. The shift knob automatically adds or remove a total of 2 turns, hence why she’ll often say shifter left, middle and/or right.
