I did a lot of ornamental metal work as a Blacksmith mainly involving brass aluminum and iron, cast aluminum and cast iron are vastly different from ordinary iron and aluminum alloys. Cast doesn’t bend it just snaps or shatters due to the high amount of carbon in the alloy and the occasional very tiny air pockets or “porosity” it’s melted down and poured quickly poured into a mold making it a lot more fragile than other non cast metals, but effective for whatever purpose it was engineered for, I never thought I’d see someone try to actually BEND cast though. That’s a well deserved A for effort! Even though it’s by all means impossible to bend it cold, I watched all the way trough anyways because I figured if anyone could bend the unbendable and defy all logic it’d be Brian!🤣
