The guest never answered what do you do if you want to proceed with a new career but do not know the next step. He also assumes that the problem is just overwork and not a mismatch of work to ability/skills or disgust with the work itself. Exercise is more of an answer to dealing with depression than burnout. I get that you can refresh doing something else, but it can literally be something else. Also, how on earth can either the host or the guest just do nothing and have ADHD combined type? The severity must not be very impactful if they can shutdown thoughts or tune things out. Who wants to engage in sex when you are burned out? You have no energy for that? The mind is fixated on getting out of work! Other topics not addressed and equally relevant is the effects of comorbidities with ADHD and burnout as well as continuing to work while burned out as you need to earn money.
