Glow plug fault will stop the DPF from regenerating. you need to change it. You can test them also with a multimeter looking at the resistance

@@aaanton11did the code stay off or did it pop back up buddy am curious on this one as I imagine this is what the garages do then week later it’s back up might be wrong but be interesting to know cheers bud

One question, when that dpf warning pops up on display the car is doing regenerations as normal or regenerations are stopped until the problem is fixed and codes are cleared?

how to give wrong input data to your ECU - It will increase an amout of regenerations because the backpreassure did not disappear after reset so DDE will be confused whats wrong there and why the backpreasure is to high in such a short amount of KM .... this operation should be used only when new od cleaned DPF is inserted - bad advice from you
