Really love how different this one is! 👍The only change I would want to make is to put the entrance/exit of the middle section, to open out to the back of the house, instead. Even better if it opened onto a covered back porch with a fireplace. 🤠

I'd have a front and a back opening. Don't need those chairs, I'd have two day beds out there, if they'd fit!

​@@CS-hd9xu that's what they called a dogtrot in the Southern US. You could also put the main entry into the living room from that center area and save that room from the front door in the living (if that makes sense.)

I love this layout. I would make the kitchen area into a kitchen/dining room and add more cabinets. Screen in that porch outside of that area. Main entrance into the living room with prairie doors and add a patio out the back.

Ein schönes Haus, nur ist mir die Küche zu klein, außerdem fehlt mir ein richtiger Tisch zum Essen. Ich würde im mittleren Teil zu machen und da ein Schlafzimmer hin machen, dann hätte man mehr Platz für die Küche, Abstellraum und Waschmaschine. Außerdem würde ich nur zwei Bäder machen, denn mir fehlt auch Stauraum. In Deutschland haben wir im Wohnzimmer einen Schrank und Elternschlafzimmer ist ein großer 3 Meter breiter Schrank.

I will NOT do those stackable washer and dryers, I want a "laundry" room as a 65 year old woman, I know how much I use the laundry room. So, I would take that half bath and the place where you have the stackables, and I want to have two dryers and one washing machine and a place to hang hangers and a table to fold.

My only complaint is how the front door opens right into the sitting room. There is no place for people to take off and leave dirty footwear. I really dislike that.
