To my knowledge, Taylor Morrison does not build on your own land / lot. So you will likely need to build on one of their lots they are offering in their communities they build in.

Price is dependent on the lot, community, and the market. If you build from scratch, most builders offer an electrical upgrade meeting where you can put an electrical conduit in the garage for a high speed EV Charger to be installed after closing.

Definitely! Most model homes do not put pools in because with so much walk through traffic, it’s more of a liability to the builder. However, this can be done on your own lot after closing in most cases 😎
