That was great! My husband and I did hiking in New Mexico. The elevation made it much more difficult when you're not use to it. It made me realize how much I miss hiking. I used 5, 10. 12, 15, 17 ,20 and 30lbs.

I used to want more cardio- now I want less witj more strength! Love how that's changed and how much better/stronger it makes me feel! I always wonder though what calorie expenditure is without cardio? I know it's a different concept but still curious😊

She moves so fast through the exercises with little rest. if you are breathing heavy, you are getting cardio benefits as well.

Tracy, I LOVED this upper body strength workout! There's nothing better than straight strength, repeating each exercise 3 times. And doing it in a superset format was just great! 👍So much "bang for your buck"! 😁 That sounds like a really fun hiking trip! I've done lots of hiking in the past, but not so much anymore. I have lots of fond memories of camping/hiking trips to the National Parks, and even in our local mountains. So fun!

I really liked this one and I liked the 20 sec breaks. When I do your other workouts with the 15 sec break, I’m playing catch up. Btw woukd you consider doing like a 10-15 minute abs workout. It would be a great add on after doing just legs or arms. Also just wanted to know your opinion about lifting the same weight for all rounds. For example the heaviest weight I have is 15 so I did all 3 reps with that. Don’t think I could go heavier though. This workout was challenging but a good one.

It depends on what your goal is. If you want to build muscle, building requires volume and pushing toward maximal failure.

I would use equal weight, but lighten it substanially and don't do exercises that make it feel worse.

I enjoy your workouts, but I’ve had to find someone else who moves at a tad bit of a slower pace. Everything just seems so QUICK!! Like the warm ups and you moving your arms and the taps (referring to another video)??! Why are they so quick, I feel like im running late for an appointment and I have to hurry up and get the workout done to ensure I make it. Everything just seems rushed. Other than that, the workouts are great but the pace is entirely too fast for me

I feel the same way. I now review the video, familiarize myself with the exercises and then do them at my own pace. I found I was sacrificing my form and rushing to get through the sessions.
