48 Hour Build Off Another Week, Another Update

There was no way I was going to get this far in 48 hours 😂 Next time I'll either need to lower my standards or pick something much simpler...
This week the Audi gets all of its bodywork stickers and I tried and failed to tint the windows using film - I saved you the time waste of watching the latter! A quick LED light loom was made and installed after correcting an oversight on the rear lights and the wheels have had a quick bit of detailing to improve the visuals.
It is getting closer and yes, those body posts need get cut down...however there is another body on its way (Cosworth RS500 🤘 ) so I want to make sure I don't do something daft and make it impossible to swap between the two easily...

euh ? You keep saying 23 and 25 mill for LED.. guess you meant 3 and 5 mil.. otherwise it's very large :)... And very creative with adding LED in there.

Hey Sanny - I see what you are saying 😀 I could have been clearer, but I'm saying I got 20 of the 3mm and 20 of the 5mm, its just comes out as 20 'small pause' 3mm and 20 'small pause' 5mm. Thanks for watching and commenting 👍

​@@tedstinytrucks1380 Sorry for that, must be just my hearing. I'm a non native English speaker (Indonesian born, living most of my live in the Netherlands).. But it was very creatively done (the LED lights). Though I wonder if you connect(ed) them on CH-3 and could switch it on/off from CH-3, doesn't it drain too much power ?(Amps I mean) and does the receiver deliver 3,3 - 5 volt? If connected parallel maybe not, but in series? (never mind.. just the electrical guy in me thinking about that out loud! hahaha)

@@loquitos1972 Not a problem at all Sanny - if you can make it past my accent you are doing well 🤣 I could connect the LEDs to the receiver using a receiver switch - that would enable control from a third channel on the transmitter then. I did something similar on my Marlin here kzbin.info/www/bejne/fnWwYauLZraZiJI The receiver voltage is dependant on the output of the BEC in the ESC, I thinks its 6v on the TBLE-02 thats in this car but I'm not entirely sure, Tamiya documentation isn't great in that aspect. Current draw is tiny from the LEDs so no problems on that front.
