One weekend between lockdown's, in August 2020 (Summer... apparently!), I escaped to the Elan Valley, cycled my way around the roads (and some not-so-road-like roads), wild camped, and explored the Cambrian Mountains for the first time - and wow they are stunning!!!

Dude. EVERY night before you go to sleep, clear your space of “heavy“ energies, with golden light and then put a circle ⭕️ of golden light around you for protection. Intention is everything. Just do it, whether you believe this can help or not! The small daughter of a friend can see what she calls “ the shadow people” I told my friend to do this. She did it every night for over a year and the one time that she forgot, her daughter woke her up terrified and saying that the shadow people were back. It works!

Well for a welsh Girl who can't pronounce welsh word's makes me feel Good about my reading of welsh place names, I used to suffer badly with sleep paralysis I would feel like I was awake but as hard as I tried I couldn't move or even shout out And it felt like forever before I could even move a finger or kick out and then wake up in a panic, as I have got older it seams to have left me but I understand your fear of it and the dread of going to sleep, Love your videos Sarah good to see you out again, Do keep safe and well, Les.

Great video, really enjoyed it! I've had sleep paralysis too, my understanding is that it can be triggered when your sleep is disturbed which would make sense that it happened on a wild weather night in a tent. That mix of parts of your brain being awake and parts in dreaming sleep produces some crazy effects eh! But what's most crazy is how similar people's experiences are cross culturally and across different times in history. That sense of some kind of presence being there is just so damn real!
