Sir mai continue run nahi kr paa rhi hu matlab ek round ke baad jaise pair bandhne lagte hai .....but ruk ruk or running krte hai to 16:30 ke aas pass ho jata hai....sir please suggest ki pair jo bandhne lagte hai unka kya karein??? 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Sir mai august se running kr rha hu mra starting me shin pain hua tha fir thk ho gya tha lekin 1 month se dubara shuru ho gya hai bhut jyada ....mai ground pr running krta hu .....ab to 5km running bhi nhi kr pa rha ....or speed me to bilkul bhi nhi kr pata kya kru???
