ये जितने भी अभी अभी रनिंग शुरू किए हैं नौकरी पाने के लिए ये सारे झंडू क्यूं होते हैं।फिटनेस हमेशा क्यूं नही करते? क्या नौकरी नहीं होगी तो फिटनेस नहीं करेंगे? नौकरी पाने के बाद इन्ही लोगों के पेट बाहर आते हैं। में तो कहता हूं कि रनिंग का टाईम 20 मिनट कर देना चाहिए। फिर होगा असली तैयारी ।
