Mary Katherine not only took that young man’s life but also tried to destroy his character. Sick person who is obviously lying about her bf being abusive. No woman calls her abusive bf to come back a billion times and certainly doesn’t tailgate him! She is viscous and vile.

I agree she took his life and then set out to destroy his character to save herself; however, I think it's entirely possible they had a mutually abusive relationship. This doesn't excuse any of her behavior, mind you. But I think it's naive and inaccurate to assume there is always one abuser and one victim in domestic violence scenarios, when it's not uncommon for the abuse to mutual.

Usually they can see things more clearly than we do without emotions clouding their judgment and they still are like not guilty even though they know in their bones that she was. They let a murderer walk because of a half arsed shotty investigation. There was no question she did it out of anger not self defense. @ohreally19973 сағат бұрын
It's not about what a juror "thinks," it's a matter of police providing the necessary evidence for the prosecution to prove beyond doubt. The police and prosecution failed that boy's family on what should've been a slam dunk. Citizens should be weary to reward shotty police work with convictions, honestly. It's a slippery slope. The fact that the jurors believed she WAS guilty, but followed the court instructions of how rulings should be determined, speaks to their integrity. It's not as if they felt great about letting someone off that they believed was a murderer; that is something they knew they would have to live with. Despite all that, they ruled according to the court's mandates. That's not a position I envy.
