Ji, agar aapke bhai NRI hain aur ab tak court me pesh nahi huye hain, toh High Court me unke liye anticipatory bail ya arrest stay ki remedy available ho sakti hai. High Court unka travel status aur case ke facts ko dekhte hue relief de sakta hai, agar yeh prove ho ki unka involvement minimum hai aur allegations vague ya baseless hain. Baaki family ke log jo court me regularly appear kar rahe hain, unke liye bhi yeh ek positive factor hoga. Aapke bhai ka lawyer petition me unka NRI status, regular cooperation ki willingness, aur case ke merits ko highlight karein. Agar case me koi urgent concern hai, toh ek experienced lawyer ke through action lena zaruri hoga
