Simulator can do 540 but I don't have the space to move it more than 160 degrees.

Xsimulator.net where you can find all the info you need to build a motion rig. Motors were large rc motors. Can't recall the make and model anymore.

I do not have any measurements of the rig and for the electronics you have to read the x-simulator FAQ. I am currently using SFX-100 on my new rig. I still have the electronics and the motors excluding the traction loss wiper motor.

the price of wood atm makes it non viable to make your own imo. plus the alloy profiles look so much better. fair play to you though
