So happy to see this finished. I have a rather large attachment to this song as it was the song my wife and I danced the first dance to at our wedding reception. Played and sung by Garrison. It's been 4 years since I listened to this beautiful song and automatically fell in love with it . If we could go back in time to 2017 knowing that we would face a global pandemic we'd see all the hardships we were facing back then from another perspective. But as the lyrics say... Holy shit this is so relaxing. It's like a safe room in resident evil. Everything else is chaotic as hell. I think everypony else already said it very well, but I really love the emotion you've poured into this track and the fact you've actually written it then while looking at rain on the window pane and hoping everyone else to be safe, thus making the song with much feelings. Even though this video was posted in 2017, it's especially poignant and relevant now, when you have untold tragedy and heartache being visited upon so many people around the world. My heart goes out to everyone who is hurting right now, and I dearly hope that we may soon find our way out of these dark times and be able to pick ourselves up and make a better world for those who come after us so they can live life not having to endure the horrors of those who came before.

My favorite thing to say to myself during a bad day is "it rained today". What this statement means is that somewhere else, someone is having it worse than i am. I remember a few months ago, i was having a really bad day, a day i think most people would hate (mossing deadlines b because money didnt hit on time, late payment made me short a bit of money)... so when i walked in, i was watching the news, and there was a school shooting (or some mass shooting of a sort) and i said to myself "it may have rained over here, but it stormed over there".
