[4K] BRITISH MILITARY HELICOPTERS UP CLOSE! | feat. Chinook, Merlin & Wildcat

Brilliant day out in Folkestone yesterday watching Exercise FARADAY FIELD take place.
It’s not often you get to stand this close to any helicopters let alone military ones!
The exercise involved 3 Chinooks, 3 Merlins and 2 Wildcats - some of which were operating late into the evening. This video is just a quick one showing a few landings and takeoffs in between their refuelling stops.
I got plenty of footage of this exercise so expect to see more soon!

I appreciate the rotors which look realistic, as if viewed through my own eyes. Very few KZbin videos get that right, especially at 4k. Rotors should be semi-transparent spinning disks, which properly reflects reality, thus increasing immersion of such videos.

I'm watching these big double helicopters(shown in this video)flying quite low over Ayrshire in the West of Scotland just now!👀not sure what they are doing,would like to try and find out though! Anyone reckon they know?
