It might look ridiculous when there is no traffic but when it is heaving with hundreds of vehicles you will be glad of the space because it helps to ease the congestion and contributes to keeping the traffic moving. Just make sure you are in the correct lane and it’s easy.

Have been using Le Shuttle since it first opened, I have had 200+crossings the French terminal is way better than Folkstone but the road layout is a lot different from how it used to be but it's easy enough to navigate, just make sure you are in the correct lane for type of vehicle you are using and go when your letter is displayed on the departure board.

Ok,this has brought up questions lol. Did you actually sit in the car on a train? Is that how it works. Somehow, I thought you were going to drive through a tunnel. Is it one carriage per car,I got confused when the doors closed then reopened so quickly. Assuming a lot was cut. I have only ever travelled to France via ferry,so really curious.
@4kadventures
@4kadventures Жыл бұрын
Yeah you drive onto the train and the attendant guides you to where you park. They normally put about 3/4 cars per carriage. Once parked you can get out your car if you want. They have toilets you can use but that is it. The crossing takes about 35 minutes

En el Estrecho de Gibraltar, la profundidad mínima es de 300 metros y llega hasta los 900. Solo son 15 kilómetros, pero el túnel deberá contar con unos 40 kilómetros.
