4K Full Hue Static Demo

I probably need to explain hue static. Static is normally just random colours and brightnesses. Well I've narrowed colours down to 16 basic hues, (although one is actually black and white; hue 0 = no hue). So this video is those 16 basic hues randomly produced per frame.
