As someone from LA, I truly envy the clean and collectivistic culture of Japan. Those alley ways are SO clean compared to LA. And I know it’s a result of the Japanese culture and belief that everyone has to do their part to help maintain a clean and healthy environment. Meanwhile we’re over here preaching AmEriCa FiRsT, reluctant to wear masks and living in filth because we’re too selfish to respect our own environment. Ughh I love my country but F***. The culture here is so wack. Anyway, thank you for the video! I sincerely hope to visit your beautiful country someday 👏🏼

Question is where is drift king ? no street races or ? ;) i think the issue with clipped bright highlights is just an exposure issue. too high exposure and the GH5s cant capture all details. anyway this video looked crazy good on the Sony X950H. watching this video in HDR almost feels like you are there.
@VIRTUALJAPAN4 жыл бұрын
I'd love to see if i can capture some HDR japanese street cars!!! I saw a crazy motorbike COVERED in LED lights just the other night! that would be just amazing in HDR. When filming, I try to lower my exposure to prevent clipping on the highlights, but it's a delicate balance between not clipping the highlights, and not crushing out the detail in the shadows. Will keep trying to experiment more to find more optimal settings.
@thebossnocompetition87574 жыл бұрын
@@VIRTUALJAPAN those cars are made for HDR. Yes i notice it but its easy to see when exposure is right. Picture just pops. I dont have the GH5s but have read some about it. Maybe changing the tone curve some will help

Thanks a pachinko parlor. Like slots, but with metal balls that bounce around.
@ExpolringWithBRDowns4 жыл бұрын
@@VIRTUALJAPAN it's funny how they allow Pachinko which could be a form of Gambling but yet they say Gambling is illegal in Japan. I read somewhere that Pachinko brings in something like 2.4 billion dollars in revenue. So why don't they legalize it and tax it like all over Tokyo or Japan and that would probably in turn see more tourists and get revenue from that as well? Just saying lol
@stevenh81744 жыл бұрын
@@ExpolringWithBRDowns I have been told that they get around the gambling law because the only thing you win are small steel balls, you can trade them for prizes , if you don't like your prize you can get a refund. I played pachinko at an exhibit at the Japan society in NYC, I did amazingly well , too bad no prize! ( Did not put any money in,it was just an exibit) I want to try the real thing someday
