There are some nice shots, particularly of sunsets. However, the whole video has a grey cast over it. It seems almost nobody else noticed or cared, but it jumped out at me (because the picture didn't jump out at me).

OK finally someone else acknowledging this. I felt like I was taking crazy pills. I know people are saying this is because of the grading he's done with the footage, but I've been watching a TON of GH4 footage online, and it ALL seems to have this latitude problem with the color, even when the footage has not been graded to look this way. I'm new to camera gear, but I think it has something to do with the smaller sensor of the MFT format because I notice that the Black Magic Pocket Cinema Camera also seems to have this latitude problem. The color is lacking depth. Even with very high-detail, 4K nature footage, the colors are very vibrant, but there seems to be a lack of richness/depth to the color -- whereas Canon footage doesn't seem to have this issue (I'm not a Canon fan-boy. I actually really want to like the GH4, and would have already bought one if I weren't concerned about this image characterstic that I'm not sure I like. I've been anxiously waiting to see 10bit 4:2:2 footage from the GH4 to see if this solves this issue for me, but haven't found any yet that I can confirm were recorded at 10 bit or weren't done using some hack-around that I don't understand.

Not another 4k post card video that is over saturated with color you had alot fun with color correction didn't you bloom i wish you would just make natural look 4k postcard video i guess i should thank you you finally took my advice and stop making time lapse videos :)

Actually this looks a bit flat in some scenes and mostly natural. I know this area well and most people would just crank up saturation and call it a day. I think he showed great restrain in the colouring on this. Maybe adjust you monitor.

Very nice, but the weird grading to make the blacks so faded out is pretty disturbing. It's very unnatural and does NOT look like film to have the darkest shadows bright gray.
