24:47 You don't want to land after the takeoff rotation point of an aircraft, you want to land before it. Wake turbulence is generated starting at the point of rotation for takeoff, meaning there is no wake turbulence where the A/C did it's ground roll. If you land after his rotation point, you are flying right into the strongest part of his wake (heavy and slow, highest angle of attack). If the wake generating A/C was landing before you, then you would want to stay higher than his path and land later than him to stay above his wake. I thought it was maybe a mis-speak due to task saturation but it seems like you continued to explain it this way

Yes you are absolutely correct actually. Thank you for pointing that out to me. For some reason my mind was thinking this guy has just landed so i need to land beyond him. He was taking off so I needed to land prior to rotation. Aim 7-4-6 "Landing behind a departing larger aircraft- crossing runway. Note the larger aircraft's rotation point- if past the intersection- continue the approach- land prior to the intersection. If larger aircraft rotates prior to the intersection, avoid flight below the larger aircraft's flight path. Abandon the approach unless a landing is ensured well before reaching the intersection." Thank you again for watching! Here to learn I appreciate the feedback! I will cut the video off so there is no confusion! Thanks

Decent video, one thing I would add is a second mic to pickup the plane’s sound. Basically use it to cover the dead air. Just lower the planes sound when you talk.

I appreciate the feedback, I'll look into capturing more audio from the aircraft! Really great suggestion!

@@sleepydrones1282 you’re talking about the rod that wiggles right close to the aileron/flap area ? Yes I did.

Hello :D !! im getting into a aviation science college with flight school combined (obviously lol) im just curious and a little bit scared for the physics part and maths if its the most of my worries or if its very difficult thanks!

@@ArabPirate I hate math. I survived though! Just don’t overthink things. You are at your optimum when you’re relaxed and not over task saturated. Feel free to stick around to alleviate some of your worries or curiosities! You will never stop learning no matter your experience. Best of luck and I’ll see you around buddy :)

Why such a short, short final approach leg? Looked like you should have extended your downwind to give yourself adequate time to fly a nice, stable approach. Don't make it hard on yourself. 😃
