The Nautilus is what I'd describe as "unassuming". Not a lot of people know how significant this is to the watch world, let alone the amount of people who actually know what it is. If you wear this, you'll get less looks than an AP or Rolex, but the smile on the person's face who knows about it will be all the greater. The accessories were really nice too. With this added to the collection, why not make an overview of what watches you have at the moment? It fits you perfectly btw.

If you're an enthusiast about something you pay more for the finer details, this that don't necessarily matter or things you don't need. But as an enthusiast you appreciate those things, the polished movement, the craftsmanship, the small details. This watch keeps time worse than a $5 casio, but as an enthusiast you buy it for alot more than just that

The theme song, your polished Arabi-English accent and that smooth gentleman's voice are an asset to this channel. Nowhere close to buying a Nautilus but love that mean machine look as you perfectly described. It's not by holy grail watch but it's definitely up there.

Nordin Gh Lol - Same here! I don’t think I would be able to pull the wool over their eyes if I went into the PP boutique. I’m sure the staff can sniff out ‘relative poverty’ at 50 paces. My grail watch would be a JLC ultra thin date. Possibly manageable if I start saving up.

Hey, so I just bought a Lange. It actually wasn’t new from a boutique because it was a discontinued model and apparently, according to the salesman at the flagship Lange boutique in NYC, it’s basically impossible to find anywhere new, but with the help from a Lange enthusiast on a message board, I did happen to track down a pre-owned one in perfect condition that was even just overhauled by Lange in Germany. The shop used to be a Lange authorized dealer, but now is no longer. They only have a few pre-owned Langes in their store, one of which just happened to be the one I wanted. I don’t know what Patek is currently doing, but it seems to me that Lange is pretty much eliminating their authorized dealers and only selling through their boutiques and there are maybe only a half a dozen or so of those in the United States. In any event, when I bought my pre-owned watched the store shipped it to me and it looked very similar to this. Patek actually has a much nicer box though. After this long, rambling post, I do have a question. What did you mean when you said that if you buy a Patek at a boutique they open it up and give it to you then and there? Do you mean that they essentially unbox it and then just hand you a watch? If so, what are you supposed to do then? What if you don’t want to wear it out if the store? Do they put it in some other type of box?

That’s incredible, way,way,way out of my price range haha. The presentation and accessories are outstanding every aspect of it is thoughtfully executed and as close to perfection as you could imagine. That box is truely worthy of what’s inside (Rolex are you paying attention?) and the last travel case as you say is the best. What a stunning and exceptional watch. My dreams are a lot plainer than this if you can call Rolex plain and I feel very driven in terms of acquiring a Submariner or maybe if I can save more for a Sky Dweller in stainless and white gold, with a blue dial. I can’t stop thinking about it. I’m obsessed and have a saving strategy in place. Thanks for sharing your amazing timepiece.

An amazing timepiece and if Patek can master steel like this, I wonder what they do with white gold or platinum, too bad the camera doesn't do justice to what luxury watches look like. From a horological perspective a Lange is probably more of a masterpiece but overall, with the out of this world bracelet, a grail watch indeed, good job, sir.

Unfortunately I didn't have time to watch the full video this morning, so I watched it after I got home again. To be honest, I was smiling throughout the whole video. Knowing you got a grail watch of yours just makes me feel happy. The microrotor spins a lot from a little shake. It's very impressive. The leather watch box with opening sides looks extremely well crafted and it looks like a great travel box/pouch. The watch looks very thin, and with the bracelet, it looks like it wears "balanced" on the wrist. What do you think of the feel on the wrist? As always I enjoy your input buddy👍🏼 very kind of you 😊 yeah the microrotor impressed me as well 👌🏼👌🏼 the watch wears very comfortably its lightweight but robust at the same time, can easily slip under a cuff and the bracelet is super comfy. The watch sits at the top along the Daytona when it’s comes to comfort. You sometimes forget your even wearing a watch.

I'd also like to add that you seem to be one of the few watch channels that wears the watch at the right spot on the wrist. I think it really screws with the proportions if you wear the watch too low or too high.

It's a jewelry piece. I have owned it for 5 years now but I put it on my wrist very infrequently. It's not a very easy watch to live with. If you want date info, it's often occluded by minute hand. The dial is very crowded and not very practical. My Patek 5157 is much more practical and it is a joy in everyday's use.

I will never understand the people who don't like the Nautilus' design. The price is way overblown and I don't even know if it's worth 70% of the price, AND YET... I can't say it looks bad. The Nautilus radiates class, taste, refinement, and everything Patek Philippe is known for. By far, it is my favorite among the Patek collection and it's probably one of my favorite watches ever made.
