Excellent! - I have flown into PVD several times over the years... Really nice airport. My 1st time flying into PVD was on an Eastern airlines 757 in 1987 if you can believe that. Excellent HD video.

Couldn't help but think of Howard Phillips Lovecraft as we flew the approach into his beloved city. Wondered what he would have thought of how exquisite it looks from the air. Although he preferred the Victorian age in architecture, I still think he would marvel at how beautiful a city it is today. "I Am Providence" - H.P. Lovecraft!

Enjoyed the vid as always. May I make a request? Many of these airports a lot of us, me inc.l, won’t ever get to. Maybe inc.l a few min of the taxi to/from the gate. I’d rather see that than 5min above cloud cover is all. Just a thought 💭. Thx for the content. 😉🛩️✌️

The good news for you is that I do that already for every flight you see on here. Now, this particular video is a rare exception as I only filmed the landing, but 99% of the flights you see on here have been filmed in their entirety and include shots of the airports, aircraft, and even the cities. The individual takeoffs and landings, (again this one is an exception), but for pretty much every takeoff and landing you see posted by itself, the link to the full flight including all of those things you've requested, is the first thing listed in the description. The reason why I started breaking the takeoffs and landings up into separate videos is because I had a lot of people ask me to do so, so they could create playlists of just those parts. And thereby not having to watch all of that extra stuff when all they wanted to watch was takeoff after takeoff, etc. So, you're just watching the videos I specifically took all of that stuff out of haha. Here is a link to every full flight I've ever filmed: kzbin.info/aero/PL6poUgHngiIFJRsTseUaeOouw-wl2XCBi&si=lhlVGC6DJI3hBmTl Every video in that playlist has everything you're requesting in every video. And here is a link to a very recent one that is a good example of everything that's included in the those videos: kzbin.info/www/bejne/bmXVkqGkmKitq9Usi=s6JaO8k_DQWRKo5V I really do try to give everyone the style of video they like best, so they can watch exactly what they want.

I recently watched a movie called Out Of The Blue (2022), which was filmed entirely in Rhode Island and now, I'm watching your video where you fly into PVD. In this movie, this guy who was out on parole from prison meets this beautiful woman on the beach (Diane Kruger) who appears out of the blue. This is a Fatal Attraction femme fatale type film where she gets him to kill her husband and then, she secretly informs the police and they're after him, letting him take the full fall for the murder. The guy was a total sap for her scheme. Diane Kruger did a good job as the femme fatale, was very believable. I've long said that they should be played by actresses who are over 40, and she was about 45 when she did that movie. This film has a lot of pretty scene of RI, which made it more enjoyable to watch. Well, anyhow, GREAT view of Downtown Providence! Another good video on your part, or as Treebeard put it in the 2nd LOTR movie to one of the hobbits "A fine hit".

Every time I've been going to the airport and a plane is landing while I'm in my car near the airport, I'm reminded of that famous line from "Airplane!: -"He's coming right at us!!" Luckily, I don't go jumping out of the car window like Lloyd Bridges did from the control tower in the movie lol

@sla317 ай бұрын
There will be no full flight for this as I only filmed the takeoff and landing. I had my family on this trip and getting my 4-year-old to be quiet for 15 minutes so I can film is already asking a lot. There was no way I was getting nearly 3 hours of quiet out of her haha.

@@sla31 Oh that’s cool! My home airport is the Lawrence Municipal Airport but since it doesn’t have any commercial flights, MCI is my home commercial flight airport! We just flew out of Mci on Friday! We flew to SFO with a layover in Denver! I’m also a huge fan! I love watching your channel!

@sla317 ай бұрын
No, I took this flight with my family, which includes my 4-year-old daughter. And although she’s well behaved on planes and a good traveller, trying to keep her quiet the whole time wasn’t really realistic. So I only filmed the takeoff and landing.
