Das hätte ich auch gerne gesehen, denn das Aufsetzen ist riskant, man kann dabei die Spule beschädigen. Den der Magnet zieht die Platte sehr stark an was zur Verkantung führen könnte, was auch passiert.
Hello I also have a Yamaha NS-690 and one of my subs seems to be seized, its stiff as a rock but it still plays it just doesn't have any bass. Was that the same problem you where having with the subwoofer in this video? Is this a video showing how to fix it?

字幕がつけられなかったので・・・ 0:01 This is my own way, absolutely at your own risk! 0:35 Problem is woofer unit fixation by rust stain, NS-690 Sealed enclosures is easy to condensation. 3:00 Disassembly, minus driver or scraper is easy way. 3:20 Don't forcibly, magnet or coil may damage. 3:40 Don't forget maraking to magnet and unit for reassembly. If magnet was upside down, cone will move inverted. 4:00 Watch your fingers, strong magnet. 4:30 Yoke and magnet removed. Check the coil is not damaged and cone moved freely. 5:00 Protective cover for coil. 5:15 Check conduction. 5:20 Peel off glue and rust for yoke, magnet and unit. Don't scratch coil, It will be damaged permanently. 6:50 Rust converting agent. 7:30 Glue a magnet using epoxy adhesive. Long solidification time is recommended for magnet and yoke centering. 8:00 Less glue is insufficient strength and more is coil fixation. 9:15 Wait 24h for solidification. 9:50 DIY jig for yoke centering. Magnet is strong, you can't centering by hand. 10:40 Make sure Strong fixation of a nut and jig. 11:00 Jig testing without glue. 11:50 Center cap removing before yoke centering. Using acetone and box cutter. 12:23 Make sure you don't scratch coil. 13:00 Start a timer. If centering is not well, try again before solidification. 13:20 Degreasing before glueing. 14:05 Remove Protective cover. 14:45 Centering yoke using jig. Sub-millimeter gap, check that gap using paper etc. Wait 24h for solidification. 15:20 Check the gap again after solidification. 15:40 If trial operation is good, re-glue the center cap.

Well known magnet shift, usual issue into this speakers model. I did two ja3056 fix in 2013...blood and tears mate... But now are perfect working!
Do you know if there's anything I can use to dissolve glue on speaker drivers? I need to keep the speaker original have to take the spider off but don't want to destroy it need to dissolve the glue and re-use it
