It's ok to take breaks, but as soon as you get a breather get back into it. Dont use it as an excuse to take breaks. You wanna take as little as possible.

Finally, a workout session with a break. Beginners like me could use one. Other vids I watched do not even have breaks like we're supposed to be beginners and superhuman at the same time. 🤣

I did the workout for a total of 3 times with 35-40 seconds for every exercise. Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to make it look easy. I'm a calisthenics athlete and I thought I'd be able to do more, but these 3 times absolutely wrecked me and the 3rd time was by far the hardest I've pushed myself in the past year... (I rested about 5-8 minutes between every time I did the workout)

The videos are raw and honest to the bone. He could edit or play the superhero but no, he takes breaks, like normal humans would. He is not trying to impress, although he does unintentionally, but to help. And he has all the good intensions to help people. The only ones giving thumbs down are the lazy idiots jealous of his amazing body. Great job and thank you for the videos. I am a fan.

You kept it honest and that's quite honest and more productive! I'm sure this will motivate 'more' ppl (emotionally and physically) to get thru it than all the others who edit thru their breaks. Also, telling us to not pay attention to speed is another tool that encourages us! Once we get the hang of it... speed will arrive in its own. I'm going to do this today Thanks much!

I’m at the toning stage of my fitness journey in 2018 I started and weighed in at about 245-250 I now weigh 159 I lost the fat to be mostly muscle I had to start due to being homeless with a new born on the way I needed the entertainment to grind had two jobs and now he’s almost 2 his mother works I raise and teach him at home till he will be able to go to school if things normalize

Goodness!! Those flutter and heel side to sides are tough!! I did one round and could easily have done two... With 5-25 hrs of rest 😂😋 Seriously though, I need to stick with these routines. Been neglecting my abs and calves. 😢

I'm in my mid-60s and have never had a flat stomach despite an extremely active life-style. Was 55 when my gluten-intolerance was diagnosed and my stomach explained. About three months ago, I decided that for once in my life, I would like to have a six-pack. Since then, I have worked out two-three times a day with great effect on my upper abs. Now it is time to work on my lower abs. Hopefully these exercises will help. Thank you.

This is a perfect home workout video. Short clip. It gets straight to the point. I was able to keep with you until the last exercise. Im going to include this home workout from now on.

Did 3 rounds. Took 2 minutes break between rounds. Could do more but want to work out other body part. I'll be doing this a few times a week. Thanks for sharing 😎

I am in my late 60s and when I start doing these, I am taking a little at a time. I am in decent shape but those can be brutal for someone half my age. Starting off very slow and working your way into it is my approach. Thanks for the video!

@barbarianbody Thank you for posting this workout, I every Monday-Friday in Time:AM I do 2 min planks, Time:PM I do 50 Triangle Push ups. I care about my health. Trying to get that six pack, I need to watch my diet. DIET Is very crucial in getting six pack and of course any exercise to strengthen your Core is helpful!
